Casa San Giovanni is a traditional farmhouse set in the beautiful Le Marche countryside. The house is situated in Penna San Giovanni which is a medieval mountain village affording views across the undulating countryside to the adriatic sea. To the West of Penna San Giovanni you can see the dramatic mountains of the Sibilini, which offer visitors beautiful walks in the national park. The farmhouse has been carefully restored so as not to lose any traditional features, retaining Italian authenticity. The farmhouse has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 people. There are plenty of local attractions, Summer festivals and breathtaking scenery, but best of all, the house allows all visitors to appreciate an unspoilt natural aspect to Italy in a truly breathtaking region.

The farmhouse is situated 35 minutes drive inland from the coast where you can experience resorts such as Porto San Giorgio. Here you will find local seafood delicacies a speciality. There are numerous mountain towns and villages in the local area where you can find a selection of fantastic, inexpensive restaurants offering authentic Italian food and excellent local wines.
