Casa San Giovanni has four very spacious bedrooms which are bright and very comfortable.  The house can sleep up to 8 people. The house is fully equiped with modern central heating and hot water system . There is free wireless internet and cot facilities are available on request.

First floor :-

Large farmhouse dining table with seating for 6/8 people. Television with DVD player, large selection of DVDs to suit all tastes, IPOD docking station.

Extremely large terrace with views over garden and valley beyond. Al fresco dining facilities with large dining table with seating for 8/10 people. Barbeque

King size bed. Lovely views over the valley towards neighbouring medieval mountain towns. Full modern en-suite facilities with walk in shower

Bedroom 2
Double bed with double aspect windows over the orchard and valley

Family Bathroom
Luxurious main bathroom with bath/shower. Views over garden and valley

Double bed with views over the garden and surrounding grounds

Two single beds with views over the garden and valley

Full laundry facilities, including automatic washing machine, iron and ironing board

Mini Apartment

Separate entrance to apartment with double bedroom with adjoining shower room, for a small additional supplement.

We only rent the apartment as an addition to parties renting the main house and do not rent it separately.
