Rental Holiday Farmhouse in Le Marche - Casa San Giovanni - Prices

• Prices quoted are for the main house for one week which accomodates up to 8 people. Shorter stays will be pro rata subject to minimum stay.
• In addition, a mini apartment is available on the ground floor with separate entrance, consisting of a double bedroom and separate shower room for a supplement of £15 per night. We rent this apartment only as an addition to guests renting the main house, and not to any other party.
• Price includes electric, gas, water, bottled gas for BBQ, wi-fi internet access, house clean, a supply of fresh bed linen, towels and beach towels, cot facilities (if pre-arranged). However, a fuel surcharge of £15 per night applies between 15th October & 31st March.
• For guests staying longer than 7 nights, we provide a clean set of bed linen and towels on the 8th day.
• We are extremely flexible and do not specify a particular turnround day provided dates are available (flights during the week tend to be less expensive)
• Guests will need to arrive at the property after 15.00 on the day of arrival, and to vacate the property by 10.00 am on the day of departure to enable us to have the house cleaned and serviced
• A deposit of 25% of the holiday cost is required at the time of booking. The balance must be paid in full 8 weeks before departure. Bookings made within 8 weeks of departure must be paid in full.

We charge a security holding fee of £250 which will be added to your final invoice. This will be returned within 14 days of your return home, after the house has been checked by our agents for any damage/ breakages.
