Rental Holiday Farmhouse in Le Marche - Casa San Giovanni - Prices

• There is a minimum stay of 3 nights
• We do not specify a particular turnround day provided dates are available (flights during the week tend to be less expensive)
• Prices are quoted for the whole house which accomodates up to 8 people
• We charge £100 per night for LOW SEASON bookings and £120 per night for HIGH SEASON bookings (price includes electricity, gas, water, house clean, fresh bed linen, towels and beach towels)
• 10% discount will be given on these rates for bookings of 7 nights or more
• A fuel surcharge of £15 per night applies between October & March 

• An extra house clean during your stay can be arranged for an additional £50
• Cot facilities are available on request at no extra charge
• Guests are required to arrive at the property after 15.00 on the day of arrival, and to vacate the property by 10.00 am on the day of departure to enable us to have the house cleaned and serviced

A deposit of 25% of the holiday cost is required at the time of booking. The balance must be paid in full 10 weeks before departure. Bookings made within 10 weeks of departure must be paid in full.

We charge a security holding fee of £300 which will be added to your final invoice. This will be returned within 3 weeks of your return home, after the house has been checked for damage/breakages.
